You allow or forbid a person to submit a quiz multiple times under the same login credentials. Please note that this setting is valid only for sign-in required quizzes.
Go to Settings.
Click on Candidate access and progress.
Enable the Allow candidates to re-take quiz option.
Click on Save changes.
If this setting is disabled, a person will not be allowed to attempt your quiz more than once.
