Let us start by understanding what it means to have a draft state or published state for a NeetoQuiz using an example:
You create a quiz, add questions to it, publish the quiz, and make it available for attempts. This establishes a published version of the quiz that users can access.
Now, if you decide to modify any question, those changes are saved as a draft state.
This draft is visible only to you until you choose to hit the Publish button.

A draft state is saved when:
A question is edited.
A question is added.
A question is removed.
The question order is rearranged.
For quiz takers, the quiz will consistently display the original published version with its initial questions.
When you're satisfied with the alterations you've made, a click on the Publish button finalizes them. From this point onwards, anyone attempting the quiz will encounter the latest published version of the quiz.
If you wish to reverse all the changes that you've made in the draft state, you can simply click the Delete draft version button at the top. You cannot reset draft changes after you've published them.
